Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification. 

All orders are shipped via UPS. All orders placed on Friday after 2 P.M. will be processed the following Monday.

Before placing your order, please ensure that your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number and credit card information are accurate to prevent possible shipping errors. We are only able to ship to the given address. 

You will receive a separate email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Once packages have been shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to carriers processing in lieu of COVID-19 or holidays. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences and air/ground transportation.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds at this time. Store credit will be issued for eligible returns. If the item arrives damaged or a size needs to be changed, please email us at info@porschesimone.com with your order number. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

To begin the exchange process, please email us at info@porschesimone.com with your order number. From here we will advise you of your exchange options and instructions.

Style must remain unsoiled, unworn, unwashed and with tags still intact, including packaging. For all exchanges within USA, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of purchase. 

When the return for exchange/store credit is approved you will receive a new invoice with order details or a store credit code that does not expire. In the unlikely instance that your piece is faulty, you have 15 days, from the date of purchase, to return your goods. Upon the return we will assess the fault.

Porsché Simone reserves the right to refuse, repair or replace your style. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued store credit. We hold a no warranty policy. 


All items to be exchanged must be returned in original condition, un-laundered, unworn, unused and with swing tags secure. We do not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.
